| HOUSE #5 - Leland and Sandy Condon Clearfield, PA |

| The Condon home was designed for small families who desire to simplify but not compromise the amenities and luxuries that they are used to. It was designed from the ground up to be an ultra energy efficient living space with no maintenance requirements for the family who lives there. The structure is built up from a concrete slab and there are no steps anywhere on the property. The concrete slab, in combination with the state of the art acoustical and thermal insulation, provides vault-like sound insulation as an additional benefit to superior thermal efficiency and fire protection. An electric forced-air heat pump provides the heating and air conditioning. Some of the amenities include: veneer plaster walls and ceilings (each with a unique design); a very open floor plan with abundant natural light; two car insulated and finished garage; a finished and climate-controlled storage area; a gas fireplace with a natural slate surround; granite countertops on the kitchen and bathroom cabinets; Italian made porcelain tile in the bathroom; and a tasteful mix of handmade brick, stone, and siding exterior. |
